Periodic Report Submission Guide

Korean Academy of Dental Science intends to continue receiving regular reports from Association Members every year which started in 2014 in order to understand the status of Association Members and use this as basic data for the promotion of the Association.

The Korean Academy of Dental Science evaluates academic activities based on regular reports submitted by the Association Member pursuant to Article 7 of the bylaws. It is used for the management of the Association Members and is also used as a report to the Korean Dental Association. Therefore, please download the form below and fill out all the items accurately and send it to kads@chol.com (To Directors (chairpersons) or higher in the Association)
